Newborn, infant & night care

Rest, reassurance and a caregiver you can trust

So much love. So much to learn. An experienced newborn caregiver can help with feeds, settling and the long nights, while you find your feet as a family.

How a newborn caregiver can help

Night care

Someone experienced is there for night feeds, changes and soothing, so you can sleep.

Newborn routines

Gentle help settling feeds, naps and bedtime in a way that suits your family.

Feeding support

Help with bottle feeds and sterilising, keeping to the feeding plan you have chosen.

Time to recover

Space to rest, heal and find your feet as a new family.

Newborn and night care

Before anyone starts, we talk through how you want nights to run: feeds, changes, soothing and your baby’s usual routines. We look for someone whose experience fits the role and your household’s preferences.

You can ask exactly what is included, how the handover works and what the caregiver needs from you.

Choosing a newborn caregiver

This is personal. Ask about experience with infants, how a caregiver responds to a difficult day and what is included in the role. We will help you prepare for those conversations.

We verify relevant qualifications where the role requires them and explain what the screening covers. Our placement service is for childcare; medical questions and clinical care stay with your healthcare team.

Start the conversation before your due date

You can start the conversation before your due date. Most searches take a few weeks; tell us the timing you have in mind and we will be honest about what is realistic.

Already home with your baby? You can start from where you are. A care request is free and creates no obligation.
