Screened with care
Interviews, reference conversations and role-appropriate background checks.
You can love every bit of being a parent and still need another pair of hands. Someone for the busy mornings, the curious questions and the hours when you need to be somewhere else.
We get to know your family first. Then we look for a caregiver who brings the right experience, warmth and way of being to your home.
A thoughtful search, with a person beside you at every step.
Your children. Your routines. The little things that make your home yours. We take the time to understand them.
We search for the right fit, interview caregivers, speak with references and complete role-appropriate screening.
Get to know the people we recommend. Ask your questions, share your expectations and choose who feels right.
Through the first days and the changing seasons of family life, you still have someone to call.
It is how someone listens. The patience they bring to a difficult morning. The way your child feels around them.
We take screening seriously, and we take those human details seriously, too. You meet the caregivers we recommend, ask your own questions and make the decision that is right for your family.
We had been through two agencies before Trinity. The difference was the first phone call — they asked about our daughter's routines before they asked about our budget. The nanny they matched us with has been with us two years.
What sold us was month three. Our schedule changed and I assumed we would be starting the whole search over. One call to Trinity and they helped us restructure the hours with our nanny instead.
Every caregiver is interviewed, has their work history verified, has references called directly, and is background screened at the level the role requires. We only present caregivers we would personally recommend.
Most searches take a few weeks. It depends on your schedule, your area, and how specific your requirements are. We would rather take an extra week than send you someone who does not fit.
Yes. We arrange introductions, and most families do a trial period before finalizing anything. You should feel confident before you commit.
Our fees are shown to you before you are asked to commit to anything, and nothing is payable simply to send us a care request. We will explain exactly what applies to your situation, when it is due, and what it covers.
If a placement ends within your guarantee period, we search again without another placement fee. Tell us early — most issues are fixable before they become a reason to end a placement.
