Our story
We started Trinity because families were too often handed a stack of résumés and left to work it out alone, while good caregivers were treated like listings.
We wanted placement to feel more like matchmaking: knowing the household, knowing the caregiver and being honest about the fit. For 18+ years, that personal approach has shaped how we work.
Your household is more than a list of hours. And a caregiver is more than a list of qualifications. We take the time to know both.

We place nationwide and recruit for your role in your own area. Our head office is in Maryland, but where you live does not change how a search is run or how a caregiver is screened.
